The Beyonce Paris Texas Cowboy Boots: What She Wore on Cowboy Carter and Which Pair to Buy
The Beyonce Paris Texas Cowboy Boots: What She Wore on Cowboy Carter and Which Pair to Buy
The white cowboy boots on the cover of Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter are Paris Texas, and the question that followed the album in 2024 was which pair, and if you can still buy them. The short answer: the boots are the Milan label’s Paloma, a mid-calf Texan with Western panelling on a 75 mm stiletto heel, in white calf leather, and it is no longer a stock style; the Nadia Texan boot on a slim heel, the Dakota mid-calf and the El Dorado knee-high are the closest things in the current range. This page sets out what she wore, what the label made for the tour, and which Paris Texas boots to buy if that image is the reason you are here.
Key facts
- Beyonce wears the Paris Texas Paloma mid-calf boot in white on the cover of Cowboy Carter, revealed on 19 March 2024: 100 percent calf leather, Western-style panelling, a pointed toe and a 3 inch (75 mm) stiletto heel, listed at 795 US dollars at the time (Footwear News).
- For the Houston stop of the Cowboy Carter tour in June 2025 she wore custom Paris Texas boots: silver mirrored leather, thigh-high, pointed toe, crystal-covered tiered fringe and a 100 mm block heel covered in crystals (WWD).
- The cover shape is a Texan on a stiletto: a pointed toe, Western panelling on a mid-calf shaft and a slim 75 mm heel; the current Nadia Texan boot puts the same idea on a 105 mm tapered heel.
- Luxury Handbags carries 11 El Dorado knee-high Texan boots at $1,680 to $2,200, and 18 Dallas ankle versions at $1,290 to $1,450.
- Paris Texas was founded in Milan in 2015 by Annamaria Brivio and Massimo Baltimora; the boots are made in Italy at a factory in Monza.
What Beyonce wore on the cover
The cover image shows Beyonce side-saddle on a white horse, in a red, white and blue rodeo-queen look, with a pair of white cowboy boots visible below the sash. Footwear News identified them the same day as the Paris Texas Paloma mid-calf boot: soft matte calf leather, Western-style panelling, a pointed toe and a 3 inch stiletto, then listed at 795 US dollars on the brand’s site. The label had been making its Texan boot since 2015, and by 2024 it was already the cowboy boot of choice on the front row, but the cover put it in front of an audience no fashion campaign reaches. The Paloma has since left the range, which is why the searches for it end up at the Texans below.
The tour boots
For the tour, Paris Texas was one of several houses making custom boots, and its pair was for the Houston homecoming show in June 2025: silver mirrored leather Texan boots, thigh-high, with a pointed toe, tiered crystal-covered fringe applied by Italian artisans and a 100 mm block heel covered in crystals, built for standing on stage (WWD, 30 June 2025). The same year the brand’s capsule with the photographer Nadia Lee Cohen, a thigh-high boot and a mule in white, red, brown and black, had shown what the house does with a thigh-high shaft. Neither the tour boot nor the cover Paloma is a stock style, which is why the searches for them end up at the Texans below.
The Paris Texas boots closest to the Cowboy Carter pair
1. El Dorado 100 Boots in Angora Suede, $1,680
The pale one. Angora is the house’s light greige suede, the nearest shade in stock to the white on the cover, on a 100 mm covered block and a knee-high Western shaft with tone-on-tone stitching. Wear it with white in summer and with black in winter.
2. El Dorado 100 Boots in Black Suede, $1,680
The same boot in black suede, a brushed finish the brand calls velour, the version most customers buy after they have seen the cover. The shaft measures about 41 cm high at a size 37 and the block heel walks like a 70. This is the pair the styling guide builds a wardrobe around.
3. El Dorado 100 Embellished Toe Boots in Black Leather, $2,200
The El Dorado with the Western metal toe cap in black leather, the top of the Texan range. The metal cap is the one detail that reads as Paris Texas from across a room.
4. El Dorado 100 Boots in Canyon Suede, $1,680
Canyon is a warm brown suede, the colour a cowboy boot is supposed to be. It sits between the white of the cover and the black most people default to, and it is the one to buy with denim.
5. Dallas 60 Ankle Boots in Angora Suede, $1,290
The ankle-height Dallas in the same Angora suede, for anyone who wants the cover shade without a knee-high shaft. Same toe, same stitching, 100 mm block, worn with a jean over it.
6. Dallas 100 Ankle Boots in Black Suede, $1,330
The Dallas in black suede, the everyday Texan boot and the best seller in the range at Luxury Shoes . If you buy one Paris Texas boot on the strength of the album, this is the sensible one.
How to wear the cowboy boot after Cowboy Carter
The cover styles the boot with a sash, a hat and a horse, which is not advice. In the fitting room the Texan boot works with one Western reference at a time: the boot itself. A floaty midi dress softens the shaft, cut-off shorts and a plain white tee are the summer version, a mini skirt with an oversized knit is the winter one, and straight jeans that stop at the ankle sit over the knee-high and tuck into the ankle boot only when the jean is slim. Leave the fringe, the turquoise and the hat at home. The cowboy boot guide goes through every Texan style in the range, and the size guide covers the fit: true to size, round down on a half size if your foot is narrow.
Why this brand makes the cowboy boot
Paris Texas named itself for the two sides of its range, Paris for the pointed pump and Texas for the cowboy boot, and the Texan has been in the collection since the label started in 2015. It is a fashion boot rather than a riding boot: a slimmer shaft, a longer point and a covered heel in the upper material rather than a stacked leather block. Made in Italy in Monza on a leather sole lacquered in the house pink. Who Paris Texas is tells the rest of the story, and is Paris Texas a luxury brand answers the question the album raised for a lot of new customers.
“Paris Texas is the perfect fusion between two worlds and this duality is expressed in the brand’s name itself, where Parisian chic sensuality meets the fearless audacity of Texan cowboys,” Annamaria Brivio told Footwear News in March 2024, adding that “for Paris Texas the Western style is an attitude and not a trend, it is part of our DNA.”
Frequently asked questions

Can I buy the exact Beyonce Paris Texas boots?

What did Beyonce wear on the Cowboy Carter tour?
For the Houston show in June 2025, custom Paris Texas silver mirrored thigh-high Texan boots with crystal-covered fringe and a crystal 100 mm block heel. They were made for the stage and never sold.

Yes. They sit on a covered block heel of 60 to 100 mm, which spreads the weight across the sole, and the shaft holds the ankle. The leather softens over the first few wears.

No. It is Italian, founded in Milan in 2015, and the boots are made in Italy. The name pairs the two sides of the range, not a place.
