The Ethical Protocol | Modern Slavery Statement | Luxury Shoes

Corporate Responsibility

The Ethical Protocol

True luxury cannot exist without integrity.
Our commitment to transparency, human rights, and the artisans who build our world.

01. Our Stance

Luxury Handbags adopts a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We believe that fashion should empower the people who create it, not exploit them.

While we operate as a digital platform connecting independent designers with global clients, we recognize our responsibility to ensure that the “ Luxury Handbags Protocol” extends beyond aesthetics to include ethical supply chain management. This statement outlines our actions to identify and mitigate risks in our business and supply chains.

02. Partner Vetting

We do not own the factories that produce the goods listed on our site, but we carefully select the partners who do. Before joining the Luxury Handbags platform via our Brand Scouting Protocol, every boutique and designer must agree to our Supplier Code of Conduct.

The Code Mandates:

  • Fair living wages for all artisans and garment workers.

  • Safe, hygienic, and voluntary working conditions.

  • Strict prohibition of child labor and forced labor.

  • Transparent sourcing of materials (including CITES certification for exotics).

03. Continuous Auditing

We actively monitor our supply chain. If a partner is found to violate these standards, they are immediately suspended from the Luxury Handbags platform pending a full investigation.

We encourage whistleblowing and transparency. If you suspect any brand on our platform of unethical practices, please contact our Compliance Team directly via our Global Concierge.

04. Looking Ahead

We are committed to reviewing and updating this statement annually. As Luxury Handbags grows, so does our ability to influence positive change in the global fashion ecosystem. We aim to increase our support for sustainable initiatives and artisan communities worldwide.

Compliance Statement

This statement is made voluntarily in the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Luxury Shoes ’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
