The governing protocol for engaging with Luxury Shoes , our Partners, and our Private Client services. By accessing The Platform, you agree to these architectures.

1. Usage Protocol

Welcome to Luxury Handbags (“The Protocol“). By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

“The Platform” refers to Luxury Shoes .com and its Agentic Commerce engines.
“Partner” refers to the independent boutiques or brands utilizing our infrastructure to sell.
“Client” refers to you, the purchaser.

2. Global Logistics & DDP Liability

Luxury Handbags acts as an intermediary. We facilitate the sale between you and the Partner via our Blind Network.

Refusal of Delivery (Customs)

You are the Importer of Record. If you refuse to pay import duties or refuse delivery:

Cost Recovery: You authorize Luxury Handbags to deduct return shipping costs, re-import duties, and admin fees from your refund.
Abandonment: If return costs exceed the item’s value, the item will be destroyed, and you forfeit 100% of your payment.

3. Private Client Services

Our Concierge Service operates on a “Best Effort” basis.

Sourcing: Requests for rare items (e.g., Hermès Quota Bags) are subject to global availability. We cannot guarantee procurement.
Deposits: Sourcing deposits are non-refundable once the item has been secured by our team.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, with all security tags intact.

Security Tags: If the Luxury Handbags Security Tag is removed, the return is void.
Custom Orders: Made-to-measure or sourced items (Private Client) are final sale.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of The Protocol shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
