Absolutely. Luxury Handbags operates a strict “Protocol Network.” We do not allow private sellers or unverified sources. Every item is shipped directly from a licensed boutique or brand. We back this with a 100% Money Back Authenticity Guarantee.
Does the item come with original packaging?



Yes. Your item will arrive with all original packaging provided by the designer (dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards) exactly as if you purchased it in-store.

Do I have to pay import duties?

Good news. Luxury Handbags now covers the majority of import duties for orders shipping to the United States.

For Rest of World: Luxury Handbags ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The price you see online excludes local taxes.

DHL or FedEx will contact you upon arrival to collect these fees.

How long does delivery take?



Our “Blind Network” ships from London, Paris, Melbourne and Dubai.

Processing: 1-3 Business Days.
Shipping: 2-5 Business Days (via DHL Express).

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?



We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and the Luxury Handbags Security Tag must be attached. Read the full Returns Protocol here.
How do I cancel a Private Client Sourcing request?



Requests made via our Private Client Concierge (e.g., for Quota Bags) can be cancelled before the deposit is paid. Once a deposit is secured, the sourcing process is final and non-refundable.
