The Mini Sévigné
The Mini keeps the tote’s trapeze and its structure but drops the width by 11 cm and the height by 5, which turns it from a work bag into a day bag: a phone, a wallet, keys, sunglasses, a paperback and a small tablet, with the zip and the two pockets keeping them apart. The handles are short, 12 cm, so it is carried in the hand and on the forearm, and the removable strap makes it a cross-body bag on a commute, which the full Sévigné cannot be. It comes in the 2026 smooth calf in Chocolate, Tan, Taupe: the Mini Sévigné in Taupe, the Tan and the Chocolate.
The Sévigné
The full Sévigné is the laptop bag: 26 x 47 x 15 cm (H x W x D), a 13 inch computer upright against the back panel, A4 papers beside it and a water bottle in the corner, on four feet under a desk. It is carried on the shoulder on 19 cm handles and there is no strap. At Luxury Handbags it comes in Black, Chocolate, Tan, Taupe, in pebble calf (Black), suede (Tan and Chocolate) and the 2026 smooth calf (Taupe and Chocolate), plus the Silver Edition. Which one
If a laptop travels with you, the Sévigné; nothing else in the range takes one. If a tablet is your largest object and you want to wear the bag cross-body, the Mini. If you are between the two, the Mini is the lighter, more versatile bag and the Sévigné the more capable one, and the $80 gap is small next to the difference in use. Many customers who work from a tablet find the full Sévigné too large for a day out and the Mini exactly right.
