Reading the chart
Height is the body without the handle, width is the widest point at the top, depth is the base. A 13 inch laptop measures about 30 x 21 cm, so it needs a bag at least 32 cm wide at the top and 22 cm high with a little give: only the Sévigné passes, and the brand says so on the product page. A standard phone at 15 x 7.5 cm goes in every model including the Roquette. A long wallet at 19 x 10 cm needs the Monceau, the Marceau, the Capucine, the Mini Marly and everything larger; the Mini Monceau, the Mini Capucine and the Roquette take a card holder instead.
Straps and handles
The crossbody and shoulder models carry an adjustable strap; on the Roquette it runs from 71 to 95 cm, long enough to wear at the waist. The Passy East West has two handles with a cm drop, which clears a coat on the shoulder. The Mini Sévigné has short 12 cm hand handles and a removable strap for the shoulder, and the Sévigné has 19 cm handles that fit on the shoulder without a coat. The Marly’s single top handle is for the hand and the forearm.
Weight
The brand publishes weights for its newest pages: the Passy East West at g, the Mini Sévigné at 550 g and the Sévigné at 830 g empty. Those are light for structured Italian leather bags of their size because the body is reinforced rather than thick, which is also why they hold their shape empty. Luxury Handbags has not weighed the others and does not guess.
“Every line must have a purpose. Every volume must be justified,” Laurent Valembert told Style Essentials in March 2026. “We wanted to create a permanent wardrobe of objects.”
