Where to buy Totême: stores, the brand site, retailers and Luxury Shoes

Totême sells through its own stores and website, through department stores and multi-brand retailers, and through authorised online retailers such as Luxury Shoes . The brand’s own list names flagships in London, Stockholm, New York and Los Angeles and stores in Denmark, France, China, Korea and Japan, and its website ships to most countries with the exceptions it states. The brand’s own stores

The flagships are the full expression of the house, designed under Karl Lindman with the same restraint as the clothes. London has the flagship and a Sloane Street store; Stockholm has the original; New York opened in 2022 and Los Angeles in 2024. The brand’s store page lists the current addresses and the stores in Denmark, France, China, Korea and Japan. Buying in store gives you the fitting room and the full size run on the day; it does not give you last season’s colourway, nor a sold-out size.

The brand’s own site sells in local currencies and, outside the United States, includes taxes and duties in the price. It ships to most of the world with the exceptions it lists and offers Klarna and the major cards. The sizes are EU and letters, so the size guide is worth a read before you order there.

Department stores and multi-brand retailers

Totême is stocked by the luxury department stores and the big online multi-brand retailers in most markets; the brand told WWD in 2021 that it had always split its business roughly equally between wholesale and its own channels. Stockists change by season and by country, and the brand does not publish a list, so we name none here. Every piece is authenticated before dispatch and shipped express worldwide from the UAE and Australia hubs, which is the practical route for customers in the Gulf, Australia and the markets the brand does not ship to directly. Buying second-hand

There is real demand for pre-owned Totême, and no official resale programme, so the usual peer-to-peer and consignment platforms carry it. The Signatures hold their value best because the house repeats them. Check the care label, the hangtag and the stitching against the real vs fake guide before paying, and remember that a piece sold as new on a marketplace at half price is the first thing to doubt.

“For us, being outside that fashion center became really interesting in defining what we do. Also, Sweden has a very modern society, it stands for equality and sustainability, so people connect with our brand on that level, too,” Karl Lindman told WWD in 2021 of the decision to base the house in Stockholm.
