New at Strathberry for Autumn 2026: The Sway, Loch Blue Suede, Burgundy and the Cashmere Edit

0

Quick answer: Strathberry’s autumn 2026 drop lands at Luxury Handbags in three parts: new bags led by the Sway crossbody (from $810), suede editions of the Kite Hobo, Kite Tote, Mini Tote and Mosaic Bag in Loch Blue and Navy, and a new colour story of Burgundy, Loch Blue and Levanto Red across the Mosaic line; a Westray cashmere collection knitted in Scotland from $240; and printed silks, bag charms and small leather goods, including the Mosaic Trifold Wallet at $470 and a Highland cow bag charm at $320. Every piece is authenticated and ships worldwide.

This is the season Strathberry stopped being only a bag brand at Luxury Shoes . The leather goods are still the heart of it, and there is a genuinely new shape in the Sway, but the arrivals also bring Scottish cashmere, Macclesfield silk and a run of small leather goods that match the bags. Here is what has landed, what it costs and which pieces I would buy first.

The new bag: Sway

The Sway is a slim crossbody with clean panels and a structured base, 23 cm across and 16 cm high, closed by a magnet under the Music Bar. It comes with a shoulder strap and an adjustable crossbody strap, so it moves from the hip to the shoulder without a detour. Colours: Caramel, Oxblood, Toffee Suede and Espresso; the Toffee Suede and Espresso pairs a suede body with a smooth strap. The Sway Maxi is the same idea at 30 by 19 cm on a single adjustable shoulder strap, in Tan, Taupe, from $900. If you have been waiting for a Strathberry that is not a top-handle, this is it.

Suede, and a new blue

Italian calf suede runs through the season. The Kite Hobo comes in Loch Blue suede with a smooth leather lining, the Kite Tote and the Mini Tote in Navy suede, and the Mosaic Bag in Loch Blue suede. Loch Blue is the colour of the season: a teal-leaning blue that reads dark in low light and clearly blue in daylight, and it also arrives in smooth leather on the Mosaic Nano, the Mosaic Shoulder, the Mosaic Trifold Wallet and the Multrees Sunglasses Case.

Burgundy and Levanto Red

The other two colours are reds. Burgundy is a deep wine on the Mosaic Bag, the Mosaic Nano, the Kite Hobo and the Kite Hobo Maxi, and it carries into the Westray cashmere beanie, gloves and travel wrap so the whole look can be built in one shade. Levanto Red is a clean tomato red kept to the small pieces: the Mosaic Nano, the Stylist Mini, the Osette Midi Pouch, the Trifold Wallet and the Large Melville Street Wallet.

Woven leather

Three bags arrive in a woven Italian cow leather in Chocolate: the Lana Hobo, the Charlotte Midi Drawstring and the Sway. It is the most expensive finish of the season and the one that photographs least well and looks best in person, so if you can, see it before you decide. The woven Sway is on pre-order at source at the time of writing.

The Westray cashmere

A full cashmere collection knitted in Scotland: the travel wrap, bandana, ribbed beanie, ribbed headband, gloves and fingerless gloves, in Oat, Pebble, Otter, Black and Burgundy, from $240 to $530. The lambswool Cable Knit beanie and scarf in Hazelnut and the yak and cashmere Portobello pieces sit beside it. The full guide is here.

Silk, charms and small leather goods

The silks are printed in the UK with hand-rolled edges: a diamond scarf in a navy and red block floral, skinny scarves in Edinburgh architecture prints and florals from $250, and silk charms in Scottish raspberries, thistle and architecture prints to tie on a bag handle at $260. The leather bag charms are the season’s smile: a Highland cow in dark chocolate and in taupe, and a strawberry, from $320. The small leather goods take the bar onto the Mosaic Trifold Wallet ($470), the Large Melville Street Wallet ($530) and the Multrees Sunglasses Case ($340), and there is a calf leather Stockbridge Belt made in Italy at $340.

What I would buy first

  1. The Kite Hobo in Loch Blue suede, because it is the colour of the season on the shape that suits most people.
  2. The Sway in Caramel, the new bag in the colour that will last beyond the season.
  3. The Westray travel wrap in Otter, the piece that earns its price fastest.
  4. A silk charm, because it makes a bag you already own look new for $260.
