Alex Perry

Alex Perry is one of Australia’s defining eveningwear designers, a Sydney house founded in 1992 and known for sculptural red-carpet glamour. Born in Sydney in 1963, Alex Perry trained at the East Sydney Fashion Design Studio, graduating in 1984, and began his career as a modelling agent before launching his own label from a Kensington studio in 1992. The house quickly became a fixture of the Australian red carpet, and its gowns have since been worn by Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Gigi Hadid, Rihanna, Sandra Bullock, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
