Mary Katrantzou is the London house that made print the structure of a garment rather than its decoration. The Greek designer founded her label in 2008 straight out of Central Saint Martins, and she engineers each print to a specific pattern piece, so a motif is drawn to meet a seam, a waist, a hem. Her work is held by the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Luxury Handbags carries the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, where that method moves into summer cloth: Venetian glass, gingham tablescapes and stitched linen borders, cut into dresses, kaftans and swim.
